| St John's Hall Overview A grand space for large functions such as Weddings, Large Celebrations, Stage Performances, Dances, and Schools/Sporting Clubs Trivia/Social nights. During the week this space is ideal for organizations like Dance classes, Martial Arts, Callisthenic classes, Fitness classes or any groups looking for a large and open space. General Capacity and Equipment o Seating capacity for 280 guests seated comfortably at tables. o Trestle or Round table seating options available o Theatre style seating for up to 500 o Large stage with full PA/Sound System, Spot and Theatre Lighting. o Automated Stage curtains (with a white screen behind the black curtain on stage) o The stage has both left and right back stage access and a retractable Cat walk. o Speak to us - there are different options to suit individual needs. | Coghlan Centre Overview A newly revamped and renovated function room. The Coghlan Centre is a versatile room, great for Weddings, Anniversary’s, Celebrations, Social functions, and Business lunches. General Capacity and Equipment o Seating for up to 132 guests. o Newly built Formal Foyer Entrance and Bar o Small stage for Band or DJ o Dance floor o Function room is carpeted lending a warm and formal feel o Bar area ideal for serving refreshments upon guest arrival (the Bar window connected to the function room can be shut from the room if not required for your event) o Projector for audio visual presentations o Microphones available upon request o Serve directly into the Function room through a serving bar opening connected to the function room. | Plaza Theatre Our Plaza Room is a great mini Movie Theatre with seating capacity for up to 60. Have a Movie night, just bring your favourite movie (DVD or VIDEO) and popcorn and enjoy your own private screening with Friends and Family. Also great for Dance or Sporting clubs wanting to review performances or important Matches played. Have a Social or Fundraising Movie Night for your Kinder or Club. Birthday Parties just got easier. Book a Birthday Party with us and have private use of the Theatre for your Birthday Boy or Girl. We’ll have a Birthday Table for you to provide your party food and cake after the Movie finishes. You don’t have your own Theatre room to view the big Games and Races? Invite your Friends over to the Plaza, we have a set top Box that plays free to air events onto our Movie Screen. | ||
| Zebedee Room The Zebedee room with its main function is to cater for our popular Playgroups can also be a great room to organize a catch up with your Mothers group. Its baby and toddler friendly with a small Kitchen for serving your tea and coffee. Also great for Baptismal celebrations, Birthday Parties or any event that needs to cater for small children. Since the toys get packed away it is equally versatile as a meeting room. Small kitchen facilities are also available. | ||
